How much do you charge for initial face-to-face consultations?

Our minimum fee for an initial consultation is ₱1,000. This allows us to understand your legal needs and provide you with preliminary advice.

How do you charge for your legal services—hourly, flat fee, or retainer?

Our fee arrangements vary depending on the nature and complexity of the legal work required. We offer flat fees for the preparation of specific documents, such as Affidavits of Loss and similar legal forms. For more involved legal matters, such as representation outside the province, we may charge an hourly rate. A retainer fee structure may also be discussed for ongoing or long-term legal services. We will review all fee options with you during the initial consultation to ensure transparency and find the best arrangement for your needs.

What is the process for retaining your firm’s services?

Before engaging our firm, we will first conduct an initial consultation to understand your legal needs and objectives. During this meeting, we will also identify and discuss any potential conflicts of interest to ensure full transparency. Once we agree on the terms of representation, you will sign a formal engagement agreement. Afterward, a lead counsel will be assigned to your case and will begin working to address your legal matters immediately.

Will I be working with the same lawyer throughout my case?

Yes, you will be primarily working with the same lead counsel for consistency and continuity. If circumstances require, a collaborating counsel may be assigned.

How much is the court appearance fee for your lawyers?

Our court appearance fees are as follows:

  • Within Naga City: ₱4,000
  • Outside Naga but within Camarines Sur: ₱5,000 – ₱10,000, depending on court accessibility
  • Metro Manila and outside the Region: ₱15,000 (excluding transportation and accommodation expenses)

Is full payment of attorney’s fees required before accepting a case?

No, full payment is not required upfront. Payment terms can be arranged and agreed upon based on the case’s specific circumstances.
